After hours drop-off

Welcome to Nick’s Auto Care! We understand that your schedule can be tight, so we have an after-hours drop-off and pickup service that will make things easier for you. Here is a brief breakdown of how it works!

AFTER HOURS DROP-OFF:

You can find our blue drop box located to the right of the big bay door if you’re looking at the building.
Fill out the envelope provided in the drop box with your contact information, vehicle make and model, and a brief description of the services you need.
Put your keys in the envelope and seal it.
Slide the envelope through the slot and you’re done!

Security Measures:

We take your security seriously, and that’s why our drop box is located in a well-lit and secure area that is monitored by security cameras 24/7. You can trust that your vehicle and keys will be safe with us!

After-Hours Pickup:

For after-hours pickup, we will assign you a unique pin code that you’ll use to access our secure key box, which is also located to the right of the big bay door if you’re looking at the shop.
1. Once you arrive, enter your pin code and retrieve your keys and vehicle.
2. Drive off with the peace of mind knowing that your vehicle has been well taken care of.

Communication:

We understand that communication is key, and that’s why we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your repairs via phone, text or email. We’ll let you know as soon as your vehicle is ready for pickup, so you can plan your day accordingly.
